Lecturer in "echanical Engineering Hong Kong. C.A.No.699-700
Dear Sir,
12th December, 1922.
In reply to your letter of yesterday's date, I have pleasure in testifying to the fitness of Kr. 3.T. Vincent for the Lectureship in Mechanical Engineering at Hong Kong University.
Mr. Vincent has had invaluable workshop and testing experience in Mechanical Engineering and he proved a most successful lecturer in Evening Classes at the Technical Institute, Gillingham. He was responsible for all the practical work in the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory and kept the plant in thoroughly good working order. He conducted advanced cleases in Heat Engines and Applied Mechanics for students preparing for the degree examination of London University in Engineering and for Whitworth Scholarships and Exhibitions.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ifr. Vincent for the post he now seeks.
Yours faithfully,
Rr. Wills
District Education Officer.
